* $10 Ad on for each additional adult after the first two. (Children 17 and under stay free)
* All reservations must have a credit card deposit on the first night to hold their reservation. (No Exceptions)
* 14 - Day Cancellation Policy: Receive a full refund if reservations are cancelled 14 days prior to arrival date.
* Owner Bonus Time & Owner Upgrades: Must be done within 14 days or less of arrival date.
* 10% Discount: Reservations for 5 nights or more.
* 10% Discount: RCI Members.
* 20% Discount: For Barefoot Owners booking outside of bonus time.
* Bike Week Policy: 30 Day cancellation, first night due at time of booking. Balance must be paid in full by cash or money order by June 1, 2004. Four night minimum (either beginning or end of rally). Travel insurance available through Cen Res.

CENTRAL RESERVATIONS POLICY
Barefoot is a time share property. Some weeks are owned by the CMM Company but more and more weeks are being purchased by timeshare owners. The rates listed above are for open company (CMM) units only. If an owner has given up their week for us to rent (in-pooled) we can offer that to Central Reservations however, Cen Res must add their commission on to the rates listed above.

Summit View (phase 1) (Building B or C / 2 or 3)

One bedroom: (Building B or C / 2 or 3) The fully furnished one-bedroom condominiums are accessed by way of a deck with a beautiful view. You enter into the spacious living room, which has a queen sofa sleeper, recliner, dining room table, TV-VCR, and gas fireplace. The large master bedroom has a queen bed, TV, plus plenty of dresser and closet space. The full kitchen includes dishwashers, dishes, glassware, cookware and many small appliances including irons, blenders and crock-pots. These units include 3/4 bathrooms (shower only). (731 square feet)
Two bedroom: (Building B or C / 2 or 3) These fully furnished two-bedroom condominiums have a cozy 1 level design. The full bath features a private sauna. The first bedroom will have a queen size bed while the second bedroom may have 1 queen bed or 2 twin beds depending on the room number. The full kitchen has dishes, glassware, cookware and many small appliances including irons, blenders and crock-pots. In the living area you will find a queen sofa sleeper, TV, VCR, traditional wood fireplace with sliding glass doors for entrance on to a private balcony with a beautiful view. (792 square feet)
Three bedroom: (Building B or C / 2 or 3) These fully furnished three bedroom condos have a unique split-level design. On the first floor you will find 2 cozy bedrooms, one with a queen bed while the other has two twin beds or one queen bed depending on the unit. The full bath on the main floor features a private sauna. A full kitchen includes dishes, glassware, cookware and many small appliances including irons, blenders and crock-pots. The cozy living room is on the main floor and includes a sofa sleeper, TV, VCR and traditional wood fireplace. Sliding glass doors offer entrance on to a private balcony with beautiful view. The third bedroom is found in a loft overlooking the living area. The loft includes a king size bed, TV, closet, and a second ¾ bath. (1062 square feet)

Vista Peak - Phase II (Building A / 1)

One Bedroom: (Building A / 1) One bedroom fully furnished condominiums include full kitchens with dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer and many small appliances including irons, crock-pots and blenders. Units are stocked with linens, dishes, glassware, cookware and a variety of cooking utensils. A large bedroom contains, a queen bed, TV, large closet and full bathroom. The living room area includes a gas fireplace, TV-VCR with satellite system, queen sofa sleeper, and a view of the beautiful Black Hills from the private balcony. (703 square feet)
Two Bedrooms (includes studio lockout): (Building A / 1) Two bedroom fully furnished condominiums include full kitchens with dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer and many small appliances including irons, crock-pots and blenders. Units are stocked with linens, dishes, glassware and a variety of cooking utensils. The living room area includes gas fireplace, TV-VCR with satellite system and queen sofa sleeper. Large master bedroom contains a queen bed, TV, large closet, full bathroom and a beautiful view of the Black Hills from the private balcony. Lock off unit is the second bedroom with a queen bed, TV, mini kitchen and full bathroom. Obtain total privacy between the two units by locking off. (801+360 =1161 square feet)
Two Bedrooms (with out lock off): (Building A / 1) Two bedroom fully furnished condominiums include a full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer and many small appliances including irons, crock-pots, blenders and hair dryers. All units are stocked with linens, dishes, glassware and many cooking utensils. A large living room includes a gas fireplace, TV-VCR, and queen sofa sleeper. The large master bedroom has one queen bed and a TV while the second bedroom has 2 queen beds and a TV. These units have two private balconies off each bedroom. (1111 square feet)
Three Bedrooms (with lock off unit): (Building A / 1) Three bedroom fully furnished condominiums include full kitchens with dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer and many small appliances including irons, crock-pots and blenders. The living room area includes gas fireplace, TV-VCR with satellite system, a queen sofa sleeper and a beautiful view of the Black Hills from the private balcony. Units are stocked with linens, dishes, glassware and a variety of cooking utensils. A large master bedroom has one queen bed, TV, large closet and full bathroom. The second bedroom is very large with two queen beds, TV and another private balcony. Studio lock off unit is the third bedroom with a queen bed, TV, mini kitchen and full bathroom. Obtain total privacy between the two units by locking off. (1111+384 =1495 square feet)
Studio: (Building A / 1) A fully furnished studio has a queen size bed, TV set, full bath with linins. This unit includes a kitchenette with microwave, two hot plates and small fridge. Dishes, glassware, cookware, coffee pot and utensils are also included. (360 square feet)

General Resort Amenities

Resort amenities include two indoor pools, two outdoor hot tubs, two saunas, two workout facilities, an outdoor sports court and small arcade. All linins are provided. Daily cleaning service is not included but is available upon request and cost will very depending on unit size. Barefoot offers a smoke free environment and does not allow pets. Barefoot does not have air-conditioned units due to the mild summer temperatures and cool evenings. Gas grills are available to use year around. Convenience Store and check-in desk is open from 7 AM to 11P M. A small variety of staple foods, snacks, beverages and beer are available. The store also offers a small video rental shop, and gift shop. Resort laundry facilities are available for guests staying in the Summit View Building.
