These fully furnished two-bedroom condominiums are in an eight-plex on two separate floors with no elevators. Access is from outside on the ground floor or staircase leading to a deck. The deck includes a personal barbecue grill and a table and chairs to enjoy the fascinating views looking over the Black Hills. Upon entering is the living room which includes a queen sofa sleeper, recliner, electric fireplace and flat screen TV with a Blu-Ray/DVD player. Following the living room is the dining area including a countertop bar and three barstools facing the kitchen, dining table and chairs. The kitchen comes fully stocked complete with appliances and dishwasher. The first bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV and dresser. The second bedroom has two full beds, flat screen TV, and a dresser. Unit includes 1 full bathroom and one ¾ bathroom. Wi-Fi, Washer/Dryer and central air conditioning included. (1050 Square feet)

* Owner Bonus Time & Owner Upgrades: Must be done within 30 days or less prior to arrival date.
